A few beginner tips
- New to cupping? Start with the small cups and slowly increase the intensity with the larger cups.
- Keep making movements with the cup and do not leave it on the skin for too long. Always remove the cups carefully.
- Avoid using the cups on open wounds, burnt skin, varicose veins or dry skin.
- For the most effective result, it is important to integrate the treatment into your daily routine
How does it work
Always clean your face and body first. Then apply the Cupping Oil on your skin starting with the areas that need it most. Massage M the oil equally into the skin. For facial cupping, please use a facial serum or moisturized instead.
Do the cup treatment daily or every other day for 2 to 5 minutes. It can be perfectly combined with a shower.
Place the cup on the skin and squeeze the cup to ensure that it adheres well to your skin. Massage your skin with straight, circular or zigzagging movements from bottom to top.
Front of the legs and thighs
Alternate between the small and large cups to vary between the suction levels. Squeeze, place and release the cup above the knee and slowly slide upward. Gently remove the cup and repeat a few times. Try to move in the direction of the groin for toxin elimination.
Jaw line and cheeks
Use the large face cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup on the chin and slide slowly upward towards the ear. Follow the contours of your facial muscles for a firming effect.
Forehead
Use the large face cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup in the center of the forehead. Slowly slide upward & outward towards your temple.
Eyes
Use the small face cup. Apply additional serum around your eyes. Squeeze, place and release the cup under the inner corner of your eye and slowly slide towards your temple.
Eyebrows
Use the small face cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup above the inside of the eyebrow and slide towards your temple. Stay on the brow bone and avoid contact with your eyelids.
Post-treatment
Apply the Cellullite Cream to the treated skin when it is dry and clean. Spread a thin layer of the Cellulite Cream on the area where the cellulite is located. Massage it shortly and allow it to soak in. You will feel a warm sensation in the applied area. Use it up to twice a day. Do not use it before or after a shower.Cellulite Cream
