What is the difference between the glass water bottle and the normal water bottle?

The Glass Water Bottle is specially designed as a more luxurious version of the classic Cabau Water Bottle. Whereas the normal water bottle is made of BPA-free Tritan, the glass bottle is made of robust borosilicate glass. This gives it a luxurious look and makes it ideal for home, work or on the go. Moreover, the glass water bottle is dishwasher-safe (the cap must be cleaned by hand), while the normal bottle is cleaned by hand.

Can I personalise the glass water bottle?

At the moment, we do not offer personalisation options for the glass water bottle. For our classic water bottle, however, it is possible to add a name or text, which is ideal for unique gifts.

What is the warranty period of the glass water bottle

As with our normal water bottle, there is a three-month warranty period for manufacturing defects. Should the bottle break within this time due to a fault in the material, please contact us via our contact form with a description and photos. Please note that damage due to user errors is not covered by the guarantee. You can return an unused bottle in its original packaging within 14 days via our returns portal.
