How to use

  1. Pour at least 250 ml of water into a glass, bottle, or shaker.
  2. Add 6 grams (1 sachet) of Energy Support.
  3. Mix well, for example by shaking your bottle or shaker, or blending it with the Bloom Mixer.
  4. Ready to drink!

Tip: Do you find the taste too sweet? Feel free to add more water!

Do not use on an empty stomach. Do not combine with other products containing green tea extract. Do not exceed 1 sachet per day.

A blend of creatine, L-tyrosine, taurine, green tea extract, rhodiola rosea, EnXtra®, and vitamin B3 & B12, together with caffeine, roughly equal to one cup of coffee.

How much caffeine is in one sachet? 

80 mg per sachet, roughly equal to one cup of coffee.

Can I combine this with Energy Support Capsules or Collagen + Energy?

Yes! Energy Support Capsules only contain vitamins and minerals (vitamin B12, B1, B2, B3, B6, E, B11, copper, and iron), with no caffeine or green tea extract. Note: Collagen + Energy does contain caffeine, also roughly equal to one cup of coffee. Energy Support Sachet just shouldn't be combined with other products containing green tea extract, and either way, keep an eye on your total daily caffeine intake.

Is this suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children? 

No. Energy Support isn't recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or children under 18.
