Ahh, that's very annoying.... Team Cabau is ready for you and will investigate! First check the Track & Trace data of your order to see if there might be something in there about the delivery. It could be that the package was delayed, delivered to the neighbors or sent to a PostNL point.

When creating your Cabau account, you pick your own password. You can easily change this password later by selecting ‘Recover Password’ on the login screen. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Child’s play!
No need to worry. It can take up to 15 minutes after order placement to receive a confirmation. Have you checked your spam folder? A typo in your email address might be an explanation too. Fill out our contact form and Team Cabau will assist you further.

We try to make payment as easy and safe as possible. You can pay for your Cabau products with confidence using payment methods such as iDeal, VISA, Mastercard, Meastro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, Amex Pay and Klarna post-pay. Plenty of choice!
Yes, definitely! When you have completed your order, you will get the option to download an invoice in the order confirmation. Did you not receive it? Please contact Team Cabau and we will be happy to help you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsealed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can read more and start a return on this page.
A return will be processed within 14 days of arrival. Once a return is received, we will check it for compliance with our return policy. If approved, we will notify you of a refund to the payment method chosen for the order. Depending on the payment method chosen, it may take up to two business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If the return does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you by email.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please fill out our contact form and select "change order". Make sure you clearly state what needs to be changed right away so that the processing can proceed as quickly as possible.
If your order is already in the sorting process, unfortunately we can no longer make changes. We will of course do our best to help you as much as possible, but it may happen that Team Cabau can no longer change the order.

It can take up to 12 hours for the points to be credited to your account. If you have left a photo review, it may take a little longer. This is because Team Cabau has to manually approve the photo. This ensures that no irrelevant or offensive photos are posted.

Want to give a power woman or your entire group of friends €10 off her/their first order? With the Refer a Friend option you can give as many powerwomen as you want €10 off their first order. When you create a discount code, it comes up immediately. You can copy it and add it to your order when you have added all Cabau Goodies to your shopping cart. Did you accidentally not save it? No problem. Just fill out our contact form and Team Cabau will sort it out for you.
When you create a discount code, it is unique and linked to your personal account. In addition, it is required to add a minimum of €75 in your shopping cart and it is not possible to combine the code with other discount codes or bundles.

It is always possible to return an unused water bottle within 14 days in its original packaging. You can easily start a return via our returns portal.
Is your water bottle delivered damaged or broken within three months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect? Then you can fill out our contact form, describe the problem and add pictures. Team Cabau will look for an appropriate solution. User errors will unfortunately not be reimbursed, but fortunately you can order a replacement part for a small fee.
Did the cap or lid of your water bottle get damaged? We offer a three-month warranty on the water bottle if it is a manufacturing defect. Should your bottle become damaged beyond the term or broken due to user error, you can order a replacement part for a small price on this page!
The water bottle is specially designed not to tilt. This allows you to always keep bottle upright when drinking and to empty the entire 1 liter capacity of the water bottle. Should you find it difficult to drink because your chin touches the bottle, you can push the cap further up. This makes drinking easier. However, it may be that the drinking spout comes back harder.
When the litt is tightly closed, the water bottle shouldn't leak. If it does, please contact Team Cabau and provide a video with the leakage. We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
Sometimes the water bottle may make a squeaking sound while drinking or it may vacuum, making drinking more difficult. This happens because there is air in the straw and in combination with the suction. Don't panic, it's easy to fix. To fix it, you can perform the following steps:
1: Remove the straw from the spout and flush it well. Then reattach it to the spout.
2: Fill the water bottle completely with 1 liter of water.
3: Blow through the drinking spout, allowing all the air to escape.
4: Drink from the water bottle.
If necessary, you can repeat the above steps. That way you can fully enjoy your Bloom Water Bottle again!
You can enjoy your water bottle the longest if you keep it clean. It is important to never put it in the dishwasher. The coating of the water bottle does not withstand this well and can cause stains. In addition, putting the bottle in the dishwasher will void the bottle's warranty.
With each 1 liter water bottle we supply a handy cleaning brush. This allows you to thoroughly clean the spout and straw. The bottle and cap of the bottle itself are best cleaned with a little detergent and a dishwashing brush. This way you can enjoy your water bottle with straw the longest!
All of our products include the correct measuring spoon so that you, the power woman, can use the correct dosage. The measuring spoon may have sunk to the bottom of the jar during transport. By stirring the jar with a long object you may find it. A good shake will also help. Keep the lid on of course!

With a Premium Membership you get the most out of your Cabau App. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly. If you choose to pay monthly, it can be cancelled monthly. Do you wish to go yearly, you will get two months for free!
You can easily download the app yourself via the App Store or the Google Play Store. If you want to get the most out of your Cabau App and want to upgrade to a Premium Membership you can do this in the app itself or through our Webapp!
The Cabau App is for every power woman. Whether you are just starting with sports or already competing at the highest level. You can vary your workouts by yourself. A Cabau subscription ensures that you always have your favorite Cabau goodie at home. You can choose to have one or more products delivered to your home every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You also save 15% with every delivery!
Is there one or are there several Cabau products you order regularly? Then choose a subscription and save. You decide which products and flavors you receive. You can also choose the frequency. We make sure that your product(s) is/are delivered to your home on the chosen date.
You can easily manage your subscription yourself in the self-service portal. When you close your first subscription, you will receive an email from us within 1 to 5 minutes. This email contains a link to access your account.
Keep this link or email safe, because it is only possible to log in with this unique link. Should you lose it, there is no woman overboard. You can acces the portal again through this link.
Yes, certainly! You can adjust the frequency of your order yourself in a convenient portal. Do you need your product(s) earlier or later? Easily change the delivery date, so you get your stock at the right time.
Do you prefer the first of the month, or always on a Monday - this is possible. Always decide when you receive your order.
Of course this is possible, only at the moment you cannot do this yourself in the portal. Fortunately, Team Cabau is here for you. Would you like to add another product to your recurring delivery or change the number of products? Go to our contact form, choose the subject Cabau Subscription and indicate what you want to change.
Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to select a pickup point. We are working hard to make this possible in the near future.
Would you like to receive a different flavor for once? Of course you can! You can arrange this yourself in the self-service portal. What you do is the following:
- Choose the product you want to change and click on 'Change order'. Then remove the product from your subscription.
- Go back to 'Subscription' and click on 'Add product to subscription' at the bottom. Here you can add the desired product in the new flavor. Make sure you choose the right frequency, namely 4, 6 or 8 weekly delivery.
Would you like to add a separate product to your delivery to save on shipping costs, for example? You can also do this easily by pressing 'Add product to subscription' and selecting the product!
To make it as easy as possible for everyone, you can take out your Cabau subscription in different ways. For example, it is possible to pay with iDEAL or credit card.
In the self-service portal you can easily find and download all your invoices.
You can easily cancel your subscription yourself in the self-service portal. This means you will not be stuck with your subscription longer than you want.
In the self-service portal you can decide when the next delivery will take place. Are you going on vacation or do you still have enough Cabau products in stock? Change the desired delivery date to a time of your choosing.
