  • How can I change my password?

    When creating your Cabau account, you pick your own password. You can easily change this password later by selecting ‘Recover Password’ on the login screen. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Child’s play!

  • I don’t remember my password, what should I do?

    No problem! Even powerwomen forget things. To set a new password, select ‘Recover Password’ on the login screen. Few seconds after providing us with your email address, you will receive an email with a link to pick a new password. Voilà!

  • I did not receive any email to recover my password

    Hmm, that’s weird. Did you check your spam mailbox as well? Let’s try once more and pay attention to any typo’s in your email address. Still nothing, nada, niente? Fill out our contact form or send an email to customerservice@cabaulifestyle.com and Team Cabau will assist you.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Nope! Our goal is for all members of the female species to feel fantastic, so we wouldn’t dare to exclude anyone. Without an account, you’ll be placing orders as guest powerwoman. That said, placing orders with an account is easier and faster.

  • Is it necessary to share my email address?

    No, it is not. You can easily pay with your mobile number. In that case we will keep you informed about your order’s whereabouts by SMS. As easy as a pie!

  • How do I redeem my Cabau discount code?

    Use your discount code during checkout of Cabau products in your shopping cart. Pure bliss!

  • I haven’t received the order confirmation email, bad news?

    No need to worry. It can take up to 15 minutes after order placement to receive a confirmation. Have you checked your spam folder? A typo in your email address might be an explanation too. Fill out our contact form or send an email to customerservice@cabaulifestyle.com and Team Cabau will be right at it.

  • Does Cabau ship worldwide?

    Unfortunately not yet worldwide. Currently we only ship within Europe.

  • What about the shipping rates?

    For orders within the Netherlands, we charge € 6.95 per order.

    Do you happen to live outside the Netherlands, and do you want to bloom with Cabau products?

    The following shipping rates apply to Cabau parcels crossing borders: Belgium: € 8.35
    Germany: € 8.95
    Other EU countries: € 12.95

  • When do I receive a free Cabau gift / why is it not added?

    Free Gifts are automatically added to your shopping cart when you pass certain payment thresholds. If a Free Gift is out of stock, unfortunately it is not possible to add it to your Cabau order.

  • Delivery
  • When can I expect my Cabau products?

    Do you live in the Netherlands? If you order before 21:00 you’ll receive your products the next business day. In case Cabau products travel further it can take up to 3 extra business days for your parcel to arrive. But hey, it’s definitely worth the wait!

  • How can I track my order?

    Follow your Cabau products closely using the Track & Trace code we send you after placing your order. This way you can keep an eye on your parcel and make sure you’re right at the door the moment your fabulous products are delivered. How exciting!

  • I haven’t received my Track & Trace code, what should I do?

    Be patient. It can take some time before you receive your Track & Trace code. It might have ended up in your spam folder. No Track & Trace code in your spam mailbox either? Hmm. Could be a typo in your email address. You know what? Fill out our contact form or send a direct email to customerservice@cabaulifestyle.com and we’ll figure out what’s going on here.

  • Can I choose a PostNL pick-up point?

    Of course you can! You’ll be very kind to the planet too since the deliverer will drive less and fewer emissions will be released into the air. Great job, Team Cabau is proud of you!

  • It’s a gift. Can I choose a different delivery address?

    Dearies, we absolutely love presents! So yes, you can pick a different delivery address and surprise the powerwoman in question big time. Lovely idea of yours to gift someone health and happiness.

  • What happens to my Cabau products when I’m not at home?

    Honestly, this depends on your country of residence and the mail delivery service being used to deliver the parcel to your address. We’ll give you an example of how PostNL would handle the situation. First, the deliverer would try to drop the package at one of your neighbours’. In case they aren’t at home either, the carrier would deliver the parcel to one of the nearby PostNL pick-up points. Once you get home, you’ll find a note stating where (and sometimes when) you can pick up your Cabau products.

  • My products haven’t arrived yet.

    Gosh, how we understand the excitement! Use the Track & Trace code to view the delivery status of your products. Still on its way? The deliverer might have been delayed due to last-minute deliveries. Just a little bit more patience! Does the delivery status not change after 48 hours? Contact Team Cabau and we’ll check in with the postal service to get to the bottom of this issue.

  • Track & Trace status says ‘delivered’ but I have not received my products.

    Oh my Cabau, that’s muy bizzaro. And no PostNL or postal service note to be seen? Nor has the parcel been delivered to your neighbours? Okay honey, that’s serious business. Fill out our contact form or send an email to customerservice@cabaulifestyle.com and we’ll track down your package as soon as we can.

  • I received the wrong product(s).

    Oh my, something went wrong there. Sorry! We try to be perfect, but unfortunately no one is. Will you forgive us? Fill out the complaint form and a member of Team Cabau will get back to you within one business day. Let’s see how we can fix this situation!

  • My products are damaged/the shipment is incomplete. Now what?

    Dear Cabauness no! That’s not how we had imagined this either. Sorry! We pack our products with lots of love and care, but the road might be bumpy and things may go wrong along the way nonetheless. Fill out the complaint form and Team Cabau will get back to you within one business day. In the meantime, would you forgive us?

  • What are the payment options?

    We try our best to make payment as easy and safe as possible. Pay with peace of mind with iDeal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amex Pay and Klarna pay later. Plenty of options!

  • Is it possible to receive an invoice?

    Aber natürlich! Once you have completed the order, you will be given the option to download an invoice at the moment of order confirmation.

  • Can I return a product?

    It’s possible to return Cabau products within 14 days. You do not have to provide us with an explanation but do keep in mind that products must be in the original packaging and unopened. Due to health protection, products may not be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • How do I return a product?

    Oh, that’s simple. Use this link to start a return. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a return label. Stick it on the package to be returned and drop it at the post office. Piece of cake!
