Cleaning

Always wash your Cabau water bottle by hand and do not put it in the dishwasher. The bottle’s coating is not dishwasher-safe and may become damaged or stained as a result. The heat may also cause the rubber parts to shrink, meaning the bottle may no longer seal properly and could start to leak. Furthermore, the warranty will be void if the bottle is washed in the dishwasher.

Every water bottle comes with a handy cleaning brush. You can use this to clean the straw and drinking spout thoroughly. The bottle and cap can be easily cleaned with a little washing-up liquid and a washing-up brush. Allow all parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the bottle.

How to drink from the Bloom Water Bottle

The Bloom Water Bottle is designed so that you can simply hold it upright whilst drinking. Thanks to the straw, you don’t need to tilt the bottle to take a sip. Handy at your desk, whilst exercising or on the go.

Does your chin bump against the bottle whilst drinking? If so, push the cap up a little further. This gives you a bit more space and makes drinking easier. Bear in mind, however, that this may make it slightly harder for the drinking spout to snap back into place.

Is your water bottle making a noise or is it difficult to drink from?

Does your Cabau water bottle make a squeaking noise when you drink from it, or does it seem to create a vacuum? This can happen when there is air in the straw. Fortunately, you can easily sort this out:

1. Remove the straw from the drinking spout, rinse it thoroughly and reattach it.
2. Fill the water bottle with water.
3. Blow through the drinking spout to let the air escape.
4. Try drinking from the water bottle again.
   

Still not sorted? Then repeat the steps once more.

Can I have Cabau water bottles printed with my own logo?

Yes, it is possible to have several Cabau water bottles printed with the logo of your company, club or team. A lovely gift for staff, colleagues or teammates.

How can I make it easier to drink more water?

Try to keep your water bottle within easy reach throughout the day, for example on your desk, in your bag or next to you whilst exercising. That way, you’ll naturally be reminded to take a sip more often. Do you find plain water a bit boring? Can my child use the Cabau water bottle too?

Yes, the Cabau Water Bottle is BPA-free and can also be used by children. Do bear in mind, however, that the Bloom Water Bottle has a capacity of 1 litre and may therefore be quite large for young children.

How long is the warranty on my Cabau water bottle?

Was your Cabau bottle damaged on delivery, or has it broken within three months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault? If so, please contact our customer service team. You can use the contact form to describe the problem and attach photos. We will then look for a suitable solution.

Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty. Does only one part need replacing? Replacement parts are available for various components.

Would you like to return an unused water bottle? You can do so within 14 days in the original packaging. Please see our returns policy for details.

My preferred colour of Cabau water bottle is sold out. What now?

Is your favourite colour temporarily out of stock? Click on ‘Keep me informed’ next to the relevant Cabau water bottle and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email as soon as this colour is available again.

That way, you won’t have to keep checking yourself to see if your favourite water bottle is back in stock.

Will there be new colours for the Cabau Bloom Water Bottle?

Yes, Cabau regularly adds new colours to the Bloom Water Bottle range. The current range may therefore change throughout the year.
