Warming Muscle Balm


To prevent injuries and pain, a good muscle warming-up is essential before your workout. A combination of effective herbs such as wine leaf, horse chestnut and yarrow is, therefore, your favorite pre-workout treatment. How to use

Apply the Warming Muscle Balm after your workout. Briefly massage in a layer of 2 to 3 fingers of balm and let it soak in. Afterwards, wash your hands so you don't smear it in your eyes or anywhere else (it's really hot, you know).
