What are the Whey Protein & Vegan Protein made of?

The Whey Protein consists of mainly whey protein. The Vegan Protein is primarily made from pulsed peas through a special process, which is called pea protein isolate. Besides proteins as the main ingredient, the Whey Protein and Vegan Protein are also rich in vitamins & minerals. All the ingredients together can contribute to muscle recovery and growth, fat burning and energy boost.

Does it matter when I take the protein shakes?

We recommend you to take no more than 3 doses of Whey Protein or Vegan Protein per day. Take 1 of these 3 doses immediately after your workout.

How can I best drink the Protein Shakes?

You can take 30 grams - about 1 scoop - of Whey Protein or Vegan Protein with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk. You can also add it to a bowl of yoghurt or create your own recipe.


When is it better not to use Protein Shakes?

If you are under treatment by a doctor, always ask for advice first. Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Then we do not advise you to use the Protein Shakes.
