Usage tips & tricks
Creatine is a supplement without any flavour. This way it's perfect to mix with anything you like. You can add 250 ml of water or add to your Protein Shake or Pre-workout. Keep in mind there are two different phases:
- Build-up phase: Take 1 scoop 4 times a day for 1 week.
- Maintenance phase: 1 scoop (5 grams) per day.
What we should always keep in mind, ladies..
- A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily
- Not recommended for children
Storage tips
- Our Cabau Creatine stays in the best shape when kept cool and dry.
- Do not forget to close the lid after using it
- Look after your supplements.. make sure not to expose it to direct heat, liquid and sunlight
- Do not use it after it has been opened for more than 6 months
